Twitter trends Friday 22nd June

Does it ever make you wonder why certain topics are popular?

Or has it in fact made us really boring that everything we write or discuss could be the topic of the day?

'O' no!

According to this article below, GCSE's are to become a thing of the past and O-levels are to be made much, much harder on students.

Are students under too much pressure though already?

Is this going to make it impossible for the 'just made it' students to not pass at all?

Government red tape gets better of youngster

Honest schoolgirl telling us about her meals gets reprimanded and told to STOP http://bbc.in/LqNcJn

This is certainly a shame, as this was an ‘expose’ of the naff food some schools are offering to students across the country.

Shouldn’t we be applauding her decision to uncover this at such a young age.

Red tape bureaucracy at its best!

What makes a website work?

What does its Design look like?
Is the Content relevant?
Do the Colours stand out or are they too impossing?
Does it provide basic Facts & Figures?

Does it have Accolades or Feedback?

Have you been victim of trolling

Once upon a time, trolling was something taken and remembered from fairytales, the bad troll on the bridge from The Billy Goats Gruff story, who wouldn't let anyone cross.

But now it has become something so much more and malevolent.

The article below from the Mail Online, is one of the latest discussing this topic.

Have you ever had a troll follow you, hack your account or do you even know someone who claims to be one?

We welcome all comments.

She's still the Queen...

And that we definitely know.

Happy Jubilee whever you were.

We watched, ate, hung around some uninvited street parties, lamented over TV watching concerts, moorings and whatever the hell Grace Jones was wearing, (I think she came as a Star Trek performer).

Watched the boats, ate some more, attempted some housework and cooking, ate some more than wondered what we would do without rolling news and the epic SKY News channel.

Oh then there was the lighting of those beacons/ excuse for riots/ burn anything, where we were waiting for Gandalf to come riding on his horse and declare something very deep.
